Pastor T. A. Teluwo FCA, FCTI (Chairman/CEO)
Pastor Teluwo studied in England at the London School of Accountancy and qualified as Chartered Certified Accountant in 1980 and was admitted Associate Member of both the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1981, and was admitted a Fellow of ACCA in April 1986 and Fellow of ICAN in November, 1987.
Pastor Teluwo studied in England at the London School of Accountancy and qualified as Chartered Certified Accountant in 1980 and was admitted Associate Member of both the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1981, and was admitted a Fellow of ACCA in April 1986 and Fellow of ICAN in November, 1987.
He was admitted as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) in October 2000 and Fellow in 2007. He went into professional practice in 1982. His training and practical experience were acquired in one of the leading auditing firms in Nigeria (Balogun Badejo & Co.) from 1970 to 1982 (including 3 years academic studies in the London School of Accountancy).
Tope Okesola ACA (Head, Audit & Assurance Services)
Tope holds a B.Sc in Mathematics from Ogun State University. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He started his working career with Totalum Nigeria Limited as a Marketing Manager and later worked with Efunpo Pharma Limited as the Finance Manager. He joined our Firm as Audit Senior in January, 2009. He is presently the Head of Audit & Assurance Services.
Oluwaseun Sekoni AAT (Senior Manager, Audit & Assurance Services)
Seun holds an OND in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He is a finalist of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He started his working career with Shina Teluwo & Co. as Office Assistant and rose to his present position as the Senior Manager, Audit & Assurance Services.
Modupe Oyenuga B.SC (Assistant Manager, Audit & Assurance Services)
Modupe holds a B.Sc in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University. She is a finalist of ACCA. She joined our Firm in March 2011 and she is presently the Assistant Manager, Audit & Assurance Services
Abiodun Adeosun AAT, HND, PGD (Senior Manager, Taxation Services)
Abiodun is a holder of HND in Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic, PGD in Management and Finance from Lagos State University. He is an Associate Member of both Chartered Institute of Economics and Management. He started his working career with City Express Bank as Senior Supervisor, Forex Department and later worked with Project Feasibility Management Consultants as the Manager. He joined Shina Teluwo & Co. as Audit Manager in 1996. He is presently the Senior Manager, Taxation Services.
Ayotunde Sodipe ACIB (Head, Financial Consulting Services)
Ayotunde is the Director, Financial Consulting Services of the firm and the Head, Software Development. He had his Computer Science degree from University of Lagos and Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi; he is also a member of Chartered Institute of Banker of Nigeria. In the course of his service as a software developer and instructor to some firms/banks, he discovered some lapses and non-compliance in the way banks computes fees/charges/interest on facilities granted to customers thereby leading to account overcharge and undercharge. His desire to provide solutions to confront overcharge/undercharge led to the development of the software tool (Banker). He is also responsible for clients' request on review of their banking transactions.
